kisah berpantang sy rsnya sama je mcm org lain..not rigid..cuma biasa2 je..untungnya sy dpt berpantang dgn mak sendiri juga mak mentua..ada yg sama ada juga yg berbeza..stress pon ada juga..haha..trauma berpantang x la seteruk trauma di jahit..ceh..yg mungkin perit dan jadi trauma tu psl constipation je kot..lebih2 lg bila jahitan epi sy dekat ngan laluan poo poo..fuh..tiap kali nak tut mmg sakit.. rasanya muka pon merah padam kot kalo nak tut..bila x berjaya, nak nangis pon ada..sakit plus seram..takut lebih2 teran, jahitan terbuka,,nak dijahit semula, pasti la trauma lagi..
yang peliknya tu, masa awal2 selepas bersalin tu, sy mmg lgsg xde masalah nak poo poo..x sembelit juga..mslh constipation berlaku selepas 2 minggu sy bersalin..maybe psl kurang minum air walaupun sy rsnya dah byk minum air tanpa mak tau..susah tau bila org2 tua kata x leh minum air bebanyak psl nanti jahitan kembang la, perut buncit la n mcm2 lg..sedangkan sepatutnya la kita kena byk minum air, so that xde la mslh constipation ni, kulit kering, muka pucat lesi..n kena minum byk air coz sy bf..lepas bf qalisya, mmg sgt2 haus..nak minum pon sorok2..
last2 bila dah seminggu sy x dpt poo poo, hubby bw g jumpa doc..itupun setelah bermacam cara digunakan..sy mkn prunes, pisang, mkn bubur, minum air byk2 (tp sorok2 dr mak), mkn ubat mak beli kat sei sei (ni x brp berani mkn lelebih, lgpun beli tanpa pengawasan n nasihat doc, takut jadi ape2 lak nt)..
bila jumpa doc tu, mcm2 la di checknya..me pegi klink yg mmg sejak kecik lg ai suka pegi..doc kat situ suka bercerita tentang sakit kita sambil melukis..so, kita dpt pemahaman yg lebih la..itu yg berlaku bila g sana..dia tanya siapa yg jahit epi sy..sebabnya jahitan tu renggang..mcm nurse pelatih yg jahit..sedangkan seingat sy, mmg staff nurse yg jahit..x libatkan org lain pon psl sy mmg dlm kesedaran yg amat sgt..mmg cam pon muka SN yg jahit tu..n guntingan epi sy x berada di tempat yg betul..epi sy tu terlalu dekat ngan saluran poo poo..sbb tu bila sy nak poo poo mmg akan terasa sakit yg amat sgt..seram tau sy dgr..
ubat yg dia bg cuma antibiotic, ubat melembutkan poo poo, tahan sakit n ubat cuci..doc siap ajar lg cr cuci luka epi tu..tinggal jahitan epi tu je yg x pulih lagi..
oh, berbalik kepada masalah constipation sy tu, walaupun skrg sudah berjaya di atasi, tp still tetap pedih lagi..mmg lambat luka tu nak baik..

ally, mak org pon marah bila org minum air byk2, katanya nt perot buncit padahal kita kan bf baby so mmg air kena byk kan.
pastu psl nak uk uk tu, org pon sama. sangat takut sbb sakit. tp lepas org mkn ubat mudah mmbuang tu brula ok sikit nk mmbuang. pastu bila makan sup lobak, mmg pencernaan jd baik punya, hehe
